Well, as part of the Christmas Wishlist meme, I put together the following for teenwitch77, who likes lists. Emily, it's not exactly a list of recs but it is a list! And typically for me, it's in a romantic vein, rather than being angsty (although I could probably do that next!) Hope you get a christmassy kick out of it! ♥



Logan and Veronica, Veronica Mars

I d/l'd this episode after I saw it on TV just to watch them kiss again! I'm so sad. Their awkwardness, his look of utter shock, and then grabbing her back - well. It just works for me.

Reid and Lilah, Criminal Minds


This just fed my secret crush on nerdy boy Reid,who was featured in this S1 ep. He's in the pool and, well, I couldn't help myself.

Charlie and Redhead, Life

The music, the tie pulling, and DL's expressions make this one for me. He's so cool!

Bob and Grace, Return to Me

Unashamedly, on of my all-time favourite romantic movies. David Duchovny and Minnie Driver have great chemistry in this movie, and I like this kiss for its dorky awkwardness.

Thornton and Margaret, North & South

Such an amazing series, and this whole sequence just makes me melty. As julester1 and I agree, there's something about some good old fashioned hand kissing. :P

Sam and Annie, Life on Mars

Finally, after all their near misses and messing about! I love this one for John Simm's Sam's expression and his hand on her face. Also, Gene's hilarious appearance at the end, which always makes me laugh.

10.5 and Rose, Doctor Who

Ok, the moment that simultaneously made me squeal and broke my heart into a million pieces. I loved and hated it. This kiss is undeniably hot though.

I don't even really like Logan and Veronica, but when I first saw that kiss, welll... Yes. Right. Let's just say, I only rewound and watched it... under ten times. *grins*

OMG YOU INCLUDED THORNTON AND MARGARET. *FANS SELF* I love that serial! And Armitage, the way he looks at her, OMG. *melts* (Actually, I only saw N&S a few weeks ago, and that's what's made me kind of Armitage-crazy, now. My mum and sister fawn all over him in Spooks, and I was a bit stand-offish, BUT NOW? After him as Thornton? NO WAY.) *watches clip again and again and again and...*

And... THAT ONE. The kiss that dare not speak it's name. (Or something, I dunno. It's late. ;D) The one that made me so confused I was crying and squeeing at the same time and sounding like a dying animal. *sigh* I still refuse to even look at screencaps for that episode, which is probably pathetic, but oh well. If I wanna see the kiss, I just watch the Confidential - it's longer, and more detailed *winks*, and I can just pretend that all the stuff that comes afterwards doesn't actually exist.

ALL IN ALL, A FANTSTIC LIST. I'm actually attempting to come up with some lists/picspams of my own, but they make take time - I have over 3000 images on my laptop, and none of them are organised into folders yet. So. *cringes*

Exactly. I'm glad I'm not the only one who rewatched it! (And I didn't even like them much either initially. Amazing what a good kiss will do for me!!)

I know!! While I was watching the youtube clip, I was just fixated on his expression, it's just perfect. He is fantastic. I have yet to see him in Spooks. (And did you remember Margaret from TW? Sexy alien girl? :D)

I know, I'm with you. While watching THAT kiss, I was all 'No, no, no!' It was so wrong and a little right and I was confused and excited and upset and bewildering those around me. How we suffer...! *g*
